Terry Fay
Is an Investment Advisor with DundeeWealth since 2006. He is a Certified Financial Planner, Registered Financial Planner and member in good standing of the Canadian Association of Financial Planners. He has been in the financial services industry since 1980. For eight years he owned and managed his own securities dealership. Terry is passionate about helping people achieve their goals for retirement. He believes it’s about life and money – in that order. He is a family man, a musician and he enjoys urban life. He plays a decent game of golf.
Lucie Fay
Is Retirement by Design’s personable head of Client Administrative Services. She is a meticulous researcher and planner who takes care of the paperwork, schedules appointments and makes sure client cheques get out on time. She is Terry’s life-mate and work-mate. Lucie also enjoys her family, music, the urban life – and heading to the gym for a good workout.
Kaitlyn Lawson
Is our efficient Receptionist. She handles requests, greets clients and is in charge of hospitality.
Jojo Solacito
Is our behind-the-scenes Office Manager. He takes care of everyday logistics including technical support.
Gracie
Is our glamourous Office Dog. She was born to bring a warm atmosphere to the Retirement by Design offices. She can be found snuggled beside the window in Terry’s office, sleeping at Lucie’s feet or on a client’s lap.
